Keto Pizza

For those following a ketogenic diet, the quick and simple low-carb pizza crust recipe will bring pizza back to the table. Because the low-carb crust is so delicious, it can be prepared more quickly than a wheat crust. Since there is no yeast, there is no rising period.

However, the flavor is strikingly reminiscent of a crust with yeast. You can include garlic or other herbs if you'd like. Whether they consume low-carb foods or not, the family will enjoy them. This dish can be incorporated into a Banting, Keto, gluten-free, or grain-free diet.

This recipe has the benefit of not requiring any unique ingredients. You most likely already have everything you need to prepare this crust in your home if you follow a low-carb diet.

The component

  • 3/4 cup of extra-fine almond flour

  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Put the rack in the middle of the oven.

Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare a rolling pin, a baking sheet or pizza pan, and two parchment paper sheets that are each about 15" long.

Almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and sea salt should all be combined in a sizable saucepan. Put the mixture on low heat.

Cook while constantly stirring until cheese melts and the mixture takes on the consistency of dough.

On one of the parchment sheets, spread out the dough. Form into a disk. Cover with the second parchment sheet.

Make a circle of dough that is 12" in diameter.

Slide the dough onto the pizza pan using the bottom piece of paper after removing the top piece.

Place on the oven's middle rack after it has been heated.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden while keeping a close eye on it to avoid burning. On a cooling rack, place the pan.

Reduce the oven's heat to 350 degrees. (You might need to leave the oven door open for a while to let the extra heat out.)

Optional: flip the crust over and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to crisp up the crust a little more.

Let the crust cool for 5–10 minutes. On the crust, sprinkle the preferred toppings.

At 350 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for a further 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Before cutting and serving, remove from oven and allow cool for about five minutes.

Serve and Enjoy.
